GDPR and Confidentiality Regulations

All data you share with us is managed under the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensuring that:

Only information strictly necessary for the project is collected and processed.

You have the right of access, rectification and erasure at any time.

We sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) with clauses more restrictive than those of a standard employment contract.

Encryption Systems and Advanced Security

All files and communications are protected with AES-256 encryption (the same standard used by banks and governments).

Data in transit (emails, transfers) and at rest (storage) is always encrypted.

Contractual Protection: More than an Employee

Our contracts include more stringent confidentiality clauses than those of a standard employee, with:
